Kawaii Clothing operations continue but delivery times may be longer than usual expect 1-2 weeks for you item to ship as we are following social distancing best practices and only have 2 people in the warehouse fulfilling orders at a time.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. Send all return, exchange or shipping inquiries to Admin@Kawaiiclothing.store

Free Shipping?

We only offer free shipping over $75 for domestic orders in the United States. With international orders we are still subsidizing a large portion of the cost after you pay for shipping. 

Do you ship outside the United States?

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 7-14 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

Please note: All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid(DDU), this means that duties and taxes will be charged to the customer by the carrier upon delivery. Payment of these taxes and duties is required to release orders from customs. Kawaii Clothing does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.

My country of residence is not listed as a shipping option. What do I do?

If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship there. Please send us an email to Admin@Kawaiiclothing.store to let us know that your country needs Kawaii Clothing, and we’ll try to make it happen.

Returns & Exchanges:

Kawaii Clothing stand's behind the quality of every product that we sell. If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of them item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 30 days of receiving. You can return for a store credit or size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchange and Store Credit Conditions:

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Products covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Products that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Products that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or sweat stains will not be accepted. All items with a "Final Sale" or "Sale" or that are sold during the holidays are final, and no exchange or returns will be accepted. 
We offer free exchanges and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed in 5 - 7 business days.

Restocking fee: 

There's a restocking fee equal to $4.95 to process store credit. The fee will be deducted from the gross sales amount that you paid for your order and the balance will be credited to you.

What is the status of my Return or Exchange:

If you have already gone through our online process to return, exchange or get store credit for you item please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once your return is processed someone from our team will email you to confirm.

    Incorrect Item:

    If you have received incorrect item please an email Admin@garmins.co and include:

    1. Your order number
    2. Name on the order
    3. Email the order was made with  
    4. Photo of incorrect item and packing list
    Upon our team confirming that you received the incorrect item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item in 5-7 business days.

    If you have received a damaged, or defective item please email Admin@Kawaiiclothing.store and include:

    1. Your order number
    2. Name on the order
    3. Email the order was made with  
    4. Your request (refund or send another product?)
    5. Most importantly a photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Send pictures taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
